Job summary

Neighborly®, the hub of service brands that connects customers to top‑notch local experts who repair, maintain, and enhance homes and businesses, seeks a Local Performance Marketing Specialist. This hands‑on role drives local marketing programs to grow franchise owner sales and customer growth.

The position collaborates with the Field Business Coach team to align go‑to‑market strategies, execute marketing plans, track KPIs, and deliver top‑line revenue targets across franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is required.
• 3+ years marketing experience, ideally in a franchise service or retail industry.
• 3+ years’ experience with digital marketing, data‑driven and highly analytical.
• Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment with the ability to present metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and coach franchise owners on local marketing plans and program mix.
• Provide integrated marketing plan tracking and coaching recommendations.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and analytics for lead generation and revenue objectives.
• Present marketing plans during onboarding and coach on first- and second-year plan outcomes to hit break-even targets.
• Sell in local programs with recommendations to franchise owners or capture their local marketing plan.
• Develop roll-up reporting on franchise participation to support KPI reviews.
