Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is hiring a Loan Support Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for Loan Officers and Processors in need of lending guidance. You will help with system usage, answer questions, and collaborate with Underwriting, Closing, and IT teams to deliver timely support.

The role operates in Pacific Time hours to support West Coast operations and requires strong customer service, mortgage knowledge, and experience with loan origination tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in mortgage processing or lending roles preferred.
• Experience with Encompass360 Banker’s Edition in production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily loan support for all employees via ticketing, phone, email and in person.
• Guide users on loan origination systems and services; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with loan eligibility and lending guidelines inquiries.
• Perform loan-level admin tasks in the origination system.
• Track tasks and time spent in the ticketing system; provide customer service.
