Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Sales Assistant to support loan officers and processors in daily duties, helping to increase loan production and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of mortgage-related work, strong communication and time management skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Highlight deficiencies and notify loan officers/processors to prevent problems.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
• Support various stages of lending and processing with management.
• Assist in managing pipelines including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans, and 203K/reverse products.
• Deliver appraisals/valuations to borrowers and track receipt of documents.
• Coordinate with Title Company and customers to schedule timely closings.
