Commercial Bank of California (CBC) is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist II for a remote, full-time role. You will handle post-closing loan servicing duties across multiple loan types, input data, and manage loan boardings in the accounting system, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You will maintain records, process changes to payments and billing, and prepare payoff-related documents. A strong background in loan accounting and regulatory awareness is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of loan processing and accounting experience.
• Proficient in loan accounting and servicing functions.
• Strong PC skills and experience with loan accounting systems.
• Knowledge of banking laws, policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing duties for loan servicing across loan types.
• Input loan data and board new/modified loans in accounting system.
• Maintain loans: address changes, automatic payments, billing, interest updates.
• Prepare demand letters for payoffs; respond to branch information requests.
• Provide loan servicing support within SLAs; review reports for GL balance.
