Job summary

Trophy Point Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Client Success team on a contractor basis. You will support two Account Managers with the post-close lifecycle of loans, manage workflows, and maintain accurate loan records across diverse files.

The role emphasizes independence, proactive communication, and reliability, with responsibilities including payoffs, draws, extensions, and servicing dates, while leveraging automation to streamline repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative support or similar role.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or managers.
• Experience in lending, mortgage servicing, real estate, or law office is a plus.
• Familiarity with loan servicing terms such as payoffs, draws, and extensions is preferred.
• Familiarity with foreclosure, collections, and filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support payoffs, draws, extensions, insurance, loan boarding.
• Manage inboxes, calendars, tasks, and follow-ups to meet deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas and send recaps; maintain loan trackers.
• Draft routine communications for Account Manager review.
• Use AI/automation to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
