Trophy Point Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to support our Client Success team and manage the post-close lifecycle of loans. The role involves coordinating with two Client Success Account Managers, maintaining loan records, and driving process improvements using AI tools.

The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely for international teams, with 1–3 years in administrative or similar roles and familiarity with US lending terminology.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative support or similar roles.
• Experience supporting US-based teams preferred.
• Familiarity with loan servicing terms such as payoffs, draws, extensions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support payoffs, draws, extensions, insurance, collections, and loan boarding.
• Manage inboxes, calendars, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure items are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas and send recaps.
• Draft routine communications for Account Manager review.
• Use AI/automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
