Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to manage consumer loan maintenance, title work, and insurance-related tasks from our Phoenix office. You will handle loan modifications, payoffs, and CPI processes while delivering exceptional member service.

The role requires 1–3 years in banking or customer service, 3–5 years in loan servicing, and a keen attention to detail. Remote-friendly within the United States; compensation reflects experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or specialized consumer lending courses preferred.
• 3–5 years of loan servicing experience including loan insurance product claims and auto title processing preferred.
• 1–3 years in banking or customer service required.
• Attention to detail; reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Completes loan maintenance on consumer loan types (rate changes, term extensions, payment changes).
• Supports internal phone queue with loan maintenance questions and guides associates.
• Supports external member calls for loan assistance with exceptional service.
• Maintains centralized title work processing; validates docs and submits to MVD.
• Processes out-of-state title/registration transfers for relocated members.
• Completes loan payoffs and title/lien releases on secured loans.
• Assists with CPI premiums, insurance submissions, and refunds.
• Assists with total loss claims and insurance letters of guarantee.
• Files GAP, VSA, and debt cancellation claims.
• Supports Collections with loan modifications and insurance claims.
