Job summary

D2B is seeking an Experienced Loan Processor for AU Mortgage, offering a remote, full-time role aligned with Australian hours. You will analyze and manage loan files from initial assessment through settlement, ensuring compliance with lender policies and responsible lending guidelines.

You will interact with lenders, assessors, and solicitors, handling documentation for full-doc, low-doc, and self-employed cases, and you will prepare applications for major Australian banks and non-conforming

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated Loan Processing experience specifically within the Australian mortgage broking industry.
• Proven experience working with Australian broker aggregator platforms (ideally Connective or equivalent software).
• Degree qualified (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze financial documents for full-doc, low-doc, and self-employed loan applications.
• Prepare and submit loan applications via aggregator platforms to Australian banks and lenders.
• Manage the loan lifecycle from data entry to pre-approval, formal approval, and final settlement.
• Liaise with lenders, credit assessors, valuation firms, and solicitors to resolve policy queries and expedite processing.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and borrowing capacity calculations per Australian credit policies.
• Maintain meticulous records and provide proactive tracking updates to the broker.
• Identify risks or mitigants in complex profiles to maximize approval chances.
