Job summary

A Queensland-based Australian mortgage brokerage is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support end-to-end processing of loan applications, working with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless experience from submission to settlement.

This is a full-time role with remote setup for 40 hours/week conducted on Australian Eastern Standard Time, offering a monthly salary of AUS$960- AUS$1,600.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Loan Processor.
• Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process loan applications from initial submission through to settlement.
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain, verify, and manage all required documentation.
• Input and maintain client records within Infynity CRM and Trello/Microsoft Teams/WhatsApp.
• Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements per lender policies.
• Coordinate submissions and manage processes through aggregator platforms including Finsure.
• Identify issues early and implement timely solutions.
• Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Broker as needed.
• Prepare and manage compliance documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents and signatures.
• Track critical dates to ensure smooth settlements.
• Data entry, valuations, loan processing, credit input, and preliminary credit analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
