Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Apply Online (AOL) for residential loan submissions.
• Solid understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process, end-to-end, including pricing requests and valuations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak directly with Australian clients, lenders and valuers by phone and video call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge pricing requests with lenders on the clients' behalf.
• Order and track valuations, following up with lenders/valuers to keep files moving.
• Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data in Apply Online (AOL).
• Pre-fill templated loan submissions ready for the clients' review and sign-off before lodgement.
• Track application progress, chase outstanding conditions, and keep files moving toward approval and settlement.
• Follow up on clients' outstanding documents.
• Communicate proactively with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to resolve issues before they become blockers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the clients' systems.
