Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run your own P&L-based business remotely under our umbrella. Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to a wide range of loan products while building a personal referral network.

Licensed in 28 states with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate, you can add team members or work solo to close 3–5 units per month from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Proven ability to close 3–5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Operate remotely with P&L independence under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions.
• Provide administrative, operational and compliance support via Corporate.
