Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business remotely under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive corporate support, including administrative, operational, and compliance assistance.

Licensed LOs across 28 states are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates have a proven referral network, a history of closing loans, and a strong grasp of lending regulations.

Formación

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized in daily work.
• Proficient with relevant lending software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Maintain a client database for ongoing marketing and relationship management.
• Assist clients through the loan process and coordinate with underwriters and operations.
