Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, credit, income, and assets to assess risk.
• Recommend loan solutions for varied circumstances using lending expertise.
• Update origination systems with accurate borrower data and notes.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing staff to expedite files.
• Interpret policies and regulations to ensure compliant recommendations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff as needed.
