Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Long Beach, CA, with opportunities to work both on‑site and remotely. The Loan Officer will assist clients through the home loan process, from initial consultation to loan closing. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial needs, guiding them on mortgage options, processing loan applications, handling underwriting requirements, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with team members and staying updated on financial and real estate regulations will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Origination and Loan Officer duties, with a proven track record in helping clients secure loans.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes, including the ability to analyze financial data and assess risk.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to provide a positive client experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage lending software and familiarity with financial regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
