Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced trainer to support its Loss Mitigation organization in onboarding new hires, delivering comprehensive training, and serving as the subject matter expert for the full lifecycle. This role spans multiple lines of business, including SPOC and Call Center teams, ensuring adherence to investor guidelines, compliance, and department processes.

The trainer will create and maintain training materials, deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, and coach

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working within Loss Mitigation.
• 2+ years of training, teaching, facilitation, or public speaking experience.
• Strong understanding of the full Loss Mitigation lifecycle.

Day-to-Day

• Lead onboarding and training for new Loss Mitigation hires
• Train employees on the full Loss Mitigation process from beginning to end
• Support SPOC, Call Center, and other Loss Mitigation teams
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training sessions
• Coach employees and provide ongoing development support
• Monitor employee performance and identify training opportunities
• Keep teams engaged and up to date on investor, regulatory, and process changes
• Partner with leadership to improve training effectiveness and department performance

Skills and Requirements

• 2 +years experience working within Loss Mitigation
• 2+ years of training, teaching, facilitation, or public speaking experience
• Strong understanding of the full Loss Mitigation lifecycle from start to finish
• Knowledge of investor guidelines, compliance requirements, and mortgage servicing regulations
• Experience creating training materials and conducting presentations
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to manage training initiatives independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel Mortgage servicing training experience
• Experience supporting SPOC or Call Center teams
• Experience with Guild systems or ICE Mortgage Technology
