The Mortgage Operations Trainer plays a critical role in developing operational excellence and fostering a collaborative culture within the mortgage team. This position combines Producer (P) qualities—delivering high-quality, practical training—with Integrator (I) skills—building strong relationships and promoting teamwork. The trainer also applies Administrator (A) principles to ensure compliance and process consistency, supporting the organization’s growth and adaptability.

• Integrator (I):

  • Partner with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions.
• Entrepreneur (E):
  • Recommend innovative training methods and tools to improve engagement and efficiency.

• Travel: As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.
• Language: English preferred, Bi‑Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.
