Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Disclosure Desk Associate to support the preparation and delivery of loan disclosures, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.

This role works remotely with candidates residing in CA or WA and collaborates with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams. You will review loan documents, communicate with partners to obtain missing information, monitor disclosures against timelines, and maintain audit-ready records using

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, or compliance support.
• Associate degree or equivalent education.
• Industry-specific experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide routine guidance or assistance to new or entry-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company procedures.
• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to generating disclosures.
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain missing information or clarify data required for accurate disclosure issuance.
• Monitor disclosure timelines and ensure adherence to required regulatory deadlines.
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues by referencing established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize disclosure systems, LOS platforms, and related tools to process required documents.
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams.
• Provide guidance or assistance to new or less experienced team members when needed.
• Contribute to a compliant and consistent borrower experience through accurate disclosure practices.
