This role supports underwriting and closing teams and may mentor junior staff. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements are essential; prior TRID exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guide entry-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures according to regulatory requirements and investor guidelines.
• Review loan documents for accuracy before disclosures are generated.
• Coordinate with internal partners to obtain missing information for disclosures.
• Monitor timelines and meet regulatory deadlines for disclosures.
• Maintain organized records for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize LOS platforms and disclosure tools to process documents.
• Support processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to improve workflow.
• Provide guidance to new or entry-level team members when needed.
• Contribute to a compliant borrower experience through accurate disclosures.
