Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Disclosure Desk Associate in Denver to support the accurate preparation and delivery of loan disclosures.

The role ensures regulatory compliance and timely processing while collaborating with internal partners across processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in consumer lending or disclosure processing and holds an associate degree or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support (or equivalent).
• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with disclosure systems and lending operations in regulated environments.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guide entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures per regulatory requirements, investor guidelines and procedures.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy prior to disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal partners to obtain missing information for disclosures.
• Monitor disclosure timelines to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues per procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized records for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize disclosure systems and LOS platforms to process documents.
• Support workflow by coordinating with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams.
• Provide guidance to new team members as needed.
• Contribute to a compliant borrower experience through accurate disclosures.
