Job summary

Kings Mortgage Services, Inc. is seeking a Disclosure Specialist to handle review and creation of initial Loan Estimates and disclosures for borrowers. You will ensure timely delivery of disclosures and re-issue LE forms for changes of circumstances.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position and experience with Encompass. This on-site position in Santa Ana, CA offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a similar role.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, LE and CD to borrowers and brokers within regulatory timeframes.
• Manage pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours.
• Review CD to ensure all fields are accurate and the file is balanced.
• Work with brokers to issue changes of circumstances as applicable.
• Provide timely loan status updates and proactive resolutions to funding inquiries.

Disclosure Specialist

Description

The Disclosure Specialist is an intermediate level role within the operations team. The Disclosure Specialist is responsible for handling the review of the initial information and documents to create and deliver the initial Loan Estimate and disclosures to the borrower(s). As well as re-issue any supplemental Loan Estimate forms due to viable change of circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) to borrowers and brokers within regulatory timeframes.
• Manage pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours.
• Review CD to ensure all fields are accurate per the closing statement and the file is balanced.
• Working with brokers to issue change of circumstances, as applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers and borrowers by providing timely communication, accurate loan status updates, and proactive resolution of funding-related inquiries.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.
