Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a loan disclosures specialist to support preparation and delivery of disclosures, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role operates remotely, with residency in select U.S.

states. The position collaborates with processing, underwriting, and compliance teams to maintain workflow efficiency and borrower experience. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, meeting timelines, and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan ops, or compliance support.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience supporting loan disclosures in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and assist entry-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy before generating disclosures.
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain missing information for disclosures.
• Monitor disclosure timelines to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues using established procedures.
• Maintain organized records for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize disclosure systems and LOS platforms to process documents.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams.
• Provide guidance to new team members as needed.
• Contribute to a compliant borrower experience through accurate disclosures.
