Job summary

Credit9 is seeking a Loan Servicing Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in daily communications and servicing of past-due accounts, building payment plans and guiding clients to hardship programs. The position is remote, with the expectation of availability within the United States.

You will work with the Team Lead and Collections Supervisor to ensure adherence to guidelines, hit KPI targets, and maintain excellent client relations while resolving delinquencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Loan Servicing experience with collections focus.
• Call center experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Understanding of call center technology and collections metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability to changes.

Responsibilities

• Improve portfolio health by assisting past-due clients.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails; service via SMS and chat.
• Maintain client relationships with professional collections practices.
• Meet KPI targets set by team lead and supervisor.
• Adhere to loan servicing guidelines; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
