Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Remote LMS Analyst to manage and optimize Cornerstone, ensuring seamless learning experiences across the organization. The role blends technical troubleshooting with strategic system planning and frontline support.

You will analyze LMS usage data, create learning paths, and generate reports, partnering with HR, IT, and operations to drive data-driven decisions and scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LMS management/support experience.
• Cornerstone professional experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the LMS, including user roles, permissions, course assignments, and system settings
• Upload, test, and manage eLearning content, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with HRIS, IT and vendors for updates and enhancements
• Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
• Create and maintain learning paths, certifications, and curricula aligned with organizational goals
• Provide technical support and resolve One Support tickets from learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials to promote LMS adoption
• Generate and distribute reports on learning progress, completion rates, and compliance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Education and Development, Contact Center, and corporate functions to support learning initiatives and system integrations
