Job summary

Boise State University’s eCampus Center seeks an Online Course Technologist to maintain fully online master courses in the LMS, ensuring alignment with university policies and federal guidelines, including accessibility.

You will consult with faculty, program partners, and colleagues on LMS structure, perform updates, and verify course functionality after changes, with potential remote work from approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience with 2 years in a professional role.
• Experience in online course maintenance and LMS administration is preferred.
• Experience with Canvas LMS and collaboration tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS administration and course support via phone, email, and chat.
• Consult with faculty and eCampus staff on online course maintenance best practices.
• Meet with faculty and program coordinators to keep courses up-to-date.
• Provide staff training on LMS features and functionality.
• Assist instructional designers and faculty with course updates.
• Offer program and course-level context to stakeholders.
• Oversee course revisions and updates.
• May perform other duties as needed.
