Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an Accredited Institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
• Proficiency in therapeutic interventions and a robust understanding of mental health disorders.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with patients.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset, committed to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the individual needs of patients and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances and goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate support groups that allow patients to connect with each other and build community while addressing common mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring cohesive and holistic treatment strategies for all patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to support patients facing acute mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in documentation.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.
