You will apply culturally competent practices, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Active license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Experience with individual and group therapy in culturally diverse settings.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies and create safety plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards.
