Job summary

Life Reconcile Counseling Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor for full-time telehealth in Oregon. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to diverse clients via secure telehealth.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and an Oregon LMFT/LPC/LCSW license, with strong crisis intervention and telehealth experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Experience with individual and group therapy in culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain confidential documentation and comply with ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and cultural competency training.
