Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Implement CBT, solution-focused, and trauma-focused therapies to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for integrated care.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups.
