Job summary

Sunshine Psychological Services is seeking a licensed LMFT for a fully remote role. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy from home, delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse clients. Requirements include a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, a valid LMFT license, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Teletherapy experience is preferred. We offer USD 100,000–105,000 per year, flexible schedules, 30+ hours of clinical work weekly, ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Valid and active state LMFT license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of clinical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Lead individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities and monitor progress.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with in-house referrals and support adoption-related needs.
