Job summary

Renewed Harmony Counseling, PLLC in the United States is seeking a licensed LMFT to join our expanding behavioral health team. This full-time, remote role supports individuals, couples, and families, delivering evidence-based therapy with a focus on accessibility and work-life balance.

As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will conduct teletherapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress in a compliant, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT licensure in the United States.
• Master's degree in MFT, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and client-communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methods.
• Assess client needs through evaluations and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate discussions among family members to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
• Address issues including alcohol and substance use, grief and relationship conflicts.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of session notes and client progress in compliance with standards.
