Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient team as a full-time clinician. The role focuses on remote work with some in-person when needed, serving individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state.
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to create coordinated, client-centered treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term needs.
• Facilitate the development of personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions to promote healing and growth in clients.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance clients' understanding of their mental health and foster community support.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during challenging periods.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
