Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas LMFT license required.
• At least one year supervised clinical experience with direct client contact.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics.
• Deliver individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods.
