Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy through a flexible, 100% remote practice. As a 1099 contractor, you will join a supportive clinical community with built-in referrals, free CEUs, and malpractice coverage.

We offer a flexible schedule (Mon–Sun, 7am–9pm) and dedicated operational support, including billing and credentialing, so you can focus on patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
