Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You’ll build a flexible private practice with a steady referral stream and comprehensive operational support.

Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days. Compensation is $83.00–$103.00 per 53+ minute session, with malpractice insurance and free CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
