Job summary

Urban Renewal Center in Spokane, WA, is seeking a licensed LMFT for a full-time remote role focused on mood disorders. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMFT license in Washington.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
• Ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Apply CBT and DBT modalities to address mood disorders.
• Educate clients and families about mood disorders and treatment options.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers for integrated care.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records per standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
