Job summary

Evergreen Behavioral Health Care Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote role in Washington. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches while maintaining confidentiality.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, educate families, and keep accurate records in line with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Valid Licensure as an LMHC in Washington.
• At least two years of direct mental health counseling experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers as a treatment team.
• Educate and engage with clients' families to support recovery.
