Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active license to practice as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Experience with solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement CBT and DBT therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure cohesive care.
• Engage in case consultations and peer reviews to improve care quality.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and resources.
• Stay informed about current research and therapeutic methods.
