Job summary

Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy in Spokane, Washington, is seeking a licensed LMHC for a full-time, remote-capable role. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' emotional wellness.

The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a welcome bonus, productivity bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, a 403(b) with match, generous PTO, supervision, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Independent LMHC license is required.
• Experience in mental health counseling with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of treatment planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
