Job summary

Heartfelt Healing Services, based in Lake Stevens, Washington, is seeking a licensed LMFT for a fully remote, full‑time practice focusing on adults and family systems via telehealth.

You will conduct weekly video sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with clients to build coping strategies in diverse settings. Experience with telehealth platforms and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical therapy experience.
• Proficient with computers and video conferencing; telehealth experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for mental health and family systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care through weekly synchronous video sessions for adults with various emotional and relational issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing family dynamics, behavior concerns, and coping strategies.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate emotional and mental health and set treatment goals.
• Utilize video conferencing software to facilitate remote therapy sessions in a safe environment.
• Encourage individuals and families to engage actively in therapy and build constructive coping skills.
