Soulful Solutions Counseling Center in Seattle is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote role. You will deliver client-centered teletherapy, using evidence-based modalities, to support growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/PsyD in Washington.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; empathetic, non-judgmental approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and adjust approaches as needed.
• Provide individual teletherapy sessions using CBT/DBT or other modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records compliant with ethics and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and trainings.
