Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) for remote work with both full-time and part-time options, including telehealth and select in-person arrangements.

We support clinicians with supervision, administrative help, and flexible scheduling within a clinician-led culture. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus 401K, health benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences.
• Full, current LMHC license (or LMFT/LCSW) is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check as required.
• Willingness to work remotely or in telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for full-time status.
• Coordinate services with families, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
