Job summary

Headlight is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide counseling and treatment planning within a collaborative care model. You will work with clients to diagnose and treat conditions, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress across sessions.

This W2 role offers medical benefits, a base salary with monthly bonuses, and flexible options including remote or hybrid work arrangements. Join a team led by clinicians and supported by administrative automation to focus on client

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Experience with electronic health records (NextGen preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients and provide counseling.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and adjust over time.
• Meet with patients regularly and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
