Job summary

Joyteractive Limited, a leading mobile game developer and publisher, is seeking an experienced LiveOps Producer to lead the LiveOps direction for the Picture Blast Solitaire project. You will own strategy, events calendar, testing, and results in close collaboration with the product team.

You will plan holiday and seasonal events, develop new formats, analyze metrics and run A/B tests, while coordinating with development, art and QA to deliver high-traffic live operations on a remote Poland team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading LiveOps in mobile games as a LiveOps Producer, Senior Game Designer, Product Owner, or related role.
• 3+ years of experience in casual puzzle games.
• Experience working with product metrics and A/B testing.
• Understanding of F2P principles: progression, economy, reward systems, and monetization.
• Proactive mindset: identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
• Ability to lead a direction independently: plan, prioritize, and negotiate resources.
• Systematic and structured approach to work and documentation.
• Understanding of LiveOps and mobile market trends; ability to analyze competitors.
• Active use of AI tools to speed up work processes.
• Experience with ad-monetized projects.
• Experience on large-scale projects with high traffic.

Responsibilities

• Build the LiveOps direction for the project: define strategy and hypotheses, run tests, and evaluate results
• Plan and launch holiday, seasonal, and recurring events; manage the LiveOps calendar
• Develop new formats, including game modes that differ from the core gameplay and competitive mechanics
• Analyze metrics; launch and interpret A/B tests
• Prepare documentation, set tasks for development, art, and QA teams, and review and accept deliverables
• Define technical requirements for event infrastructure
• Align the LiveOps roadmap with core gameplay development together with the Product Producer
• Research competitors and the market and propose improvements
