Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Product Lead for its Live Studios, joining the Midcore team to shape and execute the game’s product vision. You will work closely with the Studio Director, Creative Director and Production to drive strategy, prioritize features, and guide monetization and LiveOps.

You will also collaborate with Analytics to interpret data, run AB tests, and ensure the product aligns with the gameplay vision and business goals. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or lead game design in mobile gaming.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine product strategy and roadmap with studio team.
• Own prioritization across core gameplay improvements, monetization, and LiveOps.
• Create clear product specs for new features and systems.
• Build and manage AB testing roadmap with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Game Design on progression, economy, balancing, and motivation.
• Partner with Analytics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Take ownership with GM mindset for product, business, and team decisions.
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
