Job summary

MobilityWare, LLC. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and roadmap for our Hybrid puzzle titles, including an unannounced title, and future projects.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, art, marketing, and analytics to deliver standout live-service experiences. You will guide product development end-to-end, balancing player needs with market trends, while mentoring teammates and communicating with executives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Mobile F2P games with engagement and monetization.
• Proven track record shipping and operating live free-to-play games; puzzle or casual titles is a strong plus.
• Strong orientation towards data insights, AB testing, and actionable business insights.
• Effective communication across disciplines and levels; team player.
• Experience with building and operating tiles with hybrid monetization (IAP + ads).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Blue Team’s titles, aligning with company goals.
• Lead across engineering, design, art, marketing, and analytics to deliver live-service experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through live operation, balancing player needs with market trends.
• Mentor other product managers and team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Communicate goals, progress, and performance to executives and cross-functional partners.
