Job summary

Coinme is seeking a Contract Phone Support Associate to provide real-time customer care exclusively by phone. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, resolve cryptocurrency transaction issues, and build strong relationships through voice interactions.

The role requires at least 2 years of phone-based support in tech/finserv, fluent English, and clear communication. This is a fully remote contract role based in Latin America, with hours aligned to US time zones and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer support experience in technology and/or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting call center KPIs (volume, AHT, FCR, CSAT).
• Experience with complex technical troubleshooting via phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle 25-40 inbound customer support calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues related to cryptocurrency transactions, account access, and platform navigation in real-time.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM during and after calls.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining communication throughout resolution.
