Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Litigation Paralegal with construction defect and/or personal injury exposure to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. The role emphasizes independent remote work and collaboration on active matters within a well-established California practice.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple matters, handle pleadings and discovery, and assist with trial prep, while maintaining strict deadlines and accurate calendaring in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, responses, and discovery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and respond to discovery including document production.
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Assist with trial preparation and exhibit management.
• E-file in state courts (CA experience preferred).
• Maintain deadlines and calendars for key litigation events.
