Job summary

Jobot is seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters while maintaining a consistent 160 monthly billable target.

This role offers a salary between $150,000 and $225,000 per year, plus a monthly production bonus, comprehensive health insurance after 90 days, a 401(k) with 3% profit sharing after one year, and flexible PTO, all within a collaborative civil litigation team.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation.
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment.
• Strong written communication, organization, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting
