Jobot is seeking a remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters for our clients. You will manage a consistent 160 monthly billable target while working independently in a fully remote environment.

Active state bar license required; strong motion, deposition, and discovery experience; excellent written communication and case management skills are essential for success at Jobot.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation.
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment.
• Strong written communication, organization, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting.
