Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Litigation Paralegal with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. Qualifications

• Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury matters.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently.
• Comfortable in a remote work environment and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and respond to discovery, including document production.
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination.
• E-file in state courts (California experience preferred).
• Maintain deadlines and calendars for litigation events.
